![]() ![]() So I call back, explain the problem again, get transferred to Digital Assistance, explain the problem again, only to be told I need to talk to Technical Assistance, please hold while I transfer you, only again to be disconnected AGAIN. If your call is disconnected, you can not call back and get the same call center or the same person so you have to go through the whole problem again AND when the call is disconnected THEY will not call you back. During the transfer the call was disconnected. Customer service after listening to the problem said I needed to talk to Digital Assistance. Instead I repeatedly was advised that I needed to talk to another department, was transferred 5 times, had my call disconnected 4 times. I was on the phone with them for over two hours and NEVER got a single person who would or could address the issue. Customer service itself became the issue. I am not going into detail of the actual issue that caused me to seek help from customer service.
